mi casa es su casa!

matt and i are thinking about buying this house!!! this little beauty was built in 1926. in the 1100 square feet are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so i think they must be kind of tiny - maybe if we got it we could take some walls down? i don't know. all i know is it is calling my name!!!!!!!! (do you hear it?)

I can see little newts climbing the tree! Don't jump on the first house though...look around, it will be fun for both of you.

Looks very floridian! To give you an idea of size, and since you were just here, our apartment is 1022 square feet...so 78 sq ft bigger! which is enough room for a drum set!

This is aaron again...if you hadn't guessed.

It would match your giraffe--if you ever got one.

It's very cute! Does everything work inside?

matt and i drove around trying to find it yesterday - it turns out we were one block off (not even!) or we would've seen it. anyway, so we haven't seen it per se but we've been allllll over the neighborhood, and it's a really nice place!!! we didn't get stared down even once, and there were tons of people outside walking around and just hanging out. it was nice. :-) turns out there's lots of houses for sale in that area, so we're gonna look into a few of them! i don't know if stuff inside it works - i hope so!!! i hope it comes equipped with a nice oven and a drum set. :-) AND, what am i saying?, a nice tall giraffe for fyodor to ride. :-)

and kel, the address is - well, it's on the corner of 3rd and S. W St. in lake worth, near 95, dixie, and the train tracks. (you know where that is?)

You know, it's really sad that more houses don't come equipped with drum sets. I think the world would be a better place if they did.

whoa! it looks so small and cute!
i guess this post is a couple days old.. is it still in consideration?

yeah! it is! we can't find it though. on the site, it doesn't give the actual address, just a map, and i think the map is really really wrong. 'cause it's just not there! and it's a pretty memorable house!

maybe it's so cute and quaint that it is not visible to the naked eye...

Good morning.

Oops. I accidentally posted just "good morning!" How funny!
Anyway, we're now looking into some other options, because the tiny orange house with the drumset would give us both a 40 minute commute in average traffic (and that's 40 there and 40 back). Also, since we're not really sure if we'll stay in West Palm Beach, so we're thinking about buying some LAND and BUILDING OUR OWN HOUSE! Wouldn't that be sweet? We're looking into the Fort Myers area, because things are SO much cheaper over there. Also, it's not as busy a town. WPB has too much traffic! Plus, the Gulf is SO much warmer than the Atlantic.
